Annually Rackson Restaurants awards an “Ultimate Restaurant General Manager” to an exemplary RGM that we recognize for their dedication and hard work but also their unwavering drive towards our mission, vision, values and purpose.

Today we highlight our fourth nominee: Robert “Bob” Rose.

Bob started his career with Burger King back in 2002 and has run the same restaurant #549 since then. Bob has been running a consistently excellent store his entire tenure and has become the ultimate trainer during his journey with Rackson. During his career, Bob has trained Shift Leaders, Restaurant General Managers, Area Coaches and even BKC FMPs.

In 2020 despite the pandemic, Bob has taken our mission of People Process Profit to a new level. He’s consistently received REV scores above 90%, boasting a 100% completion on BK Link, as well as running an 81% in OPI in 2020.

Bob truly highlights our focus on training and development as he is now a Certified Restaurant Trainer and reflects the gold standards of being a top tier restaurant for Rackson.
