We are excited to certify our first of hopefully many groups of certified Trainers at Rackson Restaurants!

As we continue forging forward with our growth strategy, it is apparent now more than ever that we need to strengthen and build a robust training program internally in order to differentiate through our focus on people.

This year so far, Rackson has identified and certified one training store per market that will help standardize our training and orientation process for new hires and now are proud to graduate 11 brand new Trainers that have gone through our Train the Trainer Program.

By providing a systematic approach to training and orientation, we are establishing an efficient and effective training program for everyone form new employees to long-time staff members (who often gets forgotten). This will play a pivotal role in making our restaurants successful.
