We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Roy Blake to Vice President, Operations. Roy joined Rackson Restaurants over five years ago and has tremendously advanced our operations and people focus. He has played a key role in positioning our organization for growth. Roy joined Rackson when we had six restaurants and with his operations oversight, we have now successfully grown our portfolio to 55 high performing restaurants.  

Prior to Rackson, Roy worked as Director of Operations for Star Partners and Kazi Foods. Additionally, he worked with Yum! Brands where he led the co-branding efforts for KFC / Taco Bell and KFC / Long John Silver across the country.  

Roy has an innate ability to connect with people and always trusts in their positive intentions. He truly believes in a people first organization and leads with values. We are excited to have him continue to lead our growth in this new role.
