Please join us in officially congratulating Dianne Sechak on her promotion to Director of Training! Dianne joined Rackson in 2016 to oversee 10 stores in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. She graduated from Towson University with a Degree in Psychology and has over 18 years of senior leadership experience in retail and QSR. In fact, her passion for food and beverage goes a little deeper, Dianne and her husband owned their own bar and restaurant called Southbend for over 20 years.

With Rackson, Dianne has been an integral driver in creating and implementing a training focus since she started. She has successfully driven results in our southern market to close the gap between our revenue and customer success. Dianne has also been instrumental in the transition of some of our newly acquired stores and is truly committed to training our next generation of Rackson leaders.

Having Dianne lead the training function here at Rackson has been invaluable to our team, our guests and our growth.
